Alana’s lifelong passion for horses began at the tender age of seven, when she first started writing about her dreams of riding and caring for these magnificent animals, sparking a journey that would span continents and disciplines. As a young rider, she moved to Perú, immersing herself in the vibrant equestrian culture there and training under several renowned international trainers who broadened her expertise in classical horsemanship, discipline-specific techniques, and the deep bond between horse and human. Eager to deepen her knowledge, Alana began assisting and working alongside these trainers, gaining hands-on experience in horse care, training methods, and rider instruction while contributing to their programs.
In 2020, she returned to the United States and joined a respected Holsteiner breeding and training facility, where she honed her skills in working with high-quality warmbloods, focusing on young horse development, jumping foundations, and performance preparation. This role allowed her to blend her international influences with American sport horse standards. Over the following years, Alana continued to train both horses and students at various barns across the state of Florida, building a versatile teaching style that encompasses English disciplines like hunters, jumpers, and equitation, as well as foundational flat work and safety principles. She has also taken the time to go over Western discipline’s to reach a broader group of horse people.
Drawing on her global experiences and unwavering dedication, Alana eventually fulfilled a long-held dream by opening her own equestrian program in High Springs, Florida. There, in the heart of the city’s thriving horse community, she now offers personalized lessons, training, and guidance—sharing her love for horsemanship with riders of all ages and levels while fostering safe, joyful, and progressive partnerships between horses and humans.
